FIELD UPDATE - INTERCESSION BREAKS THROUGH – Gospel Campaign Night 1

I write to you with excitement in my heart. We've just finished the first night of the Gospel campaign taking place near the Middle East. Multiple thousands of people gathered despite the risks associated with this region. 

Less than 24 hours before the campaign began, our permits were pulled at the scheduled campaign site due to a heavy smog and heavy fog in the region. Accidents were taking place on the roads, and the officials in the region decided to pull the permits. Our team rushed to come up with an alternate plan while our intercessors called upon the Lord. Hundreds of intercessors rose to the call-to-pray. GOD ANSWERED YOU PRAYERS!

Only 10 hours before the campaign began, we received an answer to prayer. The smog and fog does remain, but it lifted enough for the regional officials to give back the permits! The condition was that it be in a tent instead of the open-air as we initially had intended. Praise the Lord! Our team quickly rushed to get everything back in place. 

After preaching an extremely clear Gospel message, I gave the call for salvation. A large portion of the crowd stood to their feet signifying their decision to follow Jesus for the first time. The Holy Spirit fell on the people like a mighty wave. Our team is still busy counting the many decision cards that came in.  I’ll report back soon on the decision card count following the campaign.

After leading the people in a prayer of salvation, we called on Jesus for healing. Hundreds of people responded that God had healed them! Here are just a few of the testimonies; you can see their pictures below:

•    A man with constant back pain for the last 2 years received healing. He had been in an accident, and during the prayer all of the pain stopped immediately! He demonstrated many actions that had caused him pain in the past. He was completely-pain free.
•    A man dealing with heart pain for over 3 years had a puzzling case with the doctors. They couldn’t diagnose the issue. During the prayer for the sick, he felt a hot heat before discovering that he was completely healed. 
•    A man dealt with severe pack pain and shoulder pain for many years.During the prayer, he was healed. He ran to the platform, beaming with excitement. Jesus had touched him.
•    A woman fractured her arm two years ago. During the meeting she felt a warm feeling in the area of the fracture. She couldn’t lift her arm above her head. After the prayer for the sick, she realized that she had all of her mobility. She demonstrated her healing to the delight of the people.
