Two Kingdoms Collide - Haiti Day 3

I bless you here from Haiti. Two kingdoms have continually collided throughout our time here. Day 3 may have represented that the best.

As we ventured out to the morning Pastor’s meetings, we were told to wait. We inquired as to what was going on, and it turned out that Pastors from neighboring areas, different denominations, and other religious movements had organized protests to block the roads. Word had gotten out about where we were staying, so they attempted to block us from being able to pour into the Pastors that wanted to attend the Pastor’s conference knowing our route to go to the conference.

I would like to say this is a first for us, but it isn’t. The lack of unity across churches, denominations, and pastors’ mirrors what happens in the USA and across the world. In the USA we may not go to as great of lengths as to block the roads, but in the body of Christ we have our divisions. Jesus is coming back again for a Bride without spot or wrinkle and desires us to be in unity. He’s not coming back for a certain church, or a denomination, He’s coming back for a UNITED BRIDE!

As we finally arrived at the conference Joshua Smith and I poured into some hungry Pastors who wanted to see God move in their nation. I have great hope in my heart for Haiti!

During the first song of the evening crusade, a generator exploded under the platform and a fire broke out. One brave individual was able to remove the generator from under the stage before anything else caught on fire. He went to the hospital and was later released with burns on his arms. We are grateful that it wasn’t more serious! We are happy to know he is doing okay!

The team quickly went into action, and the presence of God was palpable. In our biggest night yet, people responded with great hunger. The Gospel message penetrated hearts even causing three individuals to renounce their union with a foul spirit here.
