If you spend time with Jesus, your life will be exponentially more fruitful than any self-help remedy you could try.

Everyone is offering you something. All day long we are hit with marketing messages, “buy this, buy that!”, and temptation seems to be all around us. But Jesus offers us all something entirely precious and irreplaceable: Himself!

Everything we’ll ever need can be found in Jesus. As we study the Bible, we find various names for God that describe His character. Here are just a few to remind you that everything you need is found in JESUS!

Abba | Father

El Roi | The God who Sees

Jehovah Rapha | The Lord Our Healer

Jehovah Jireh | The Lord Our Provider

Our world is full of “how-to-do-this” and “how-to-do-that” and the self-help market is booming! But here’s the honest truth: while the world may offer good tips in some areas, Jesus is the answer for all of it. He is wisdom, light, life, love, and so much more all at once! Everything we need and everything we want can be satisfied in Jesus Christ, the perfect Son of God!

You open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing.
Psalms 145:16 NIV

When we get into His presence, everything changes! Getting into His presence is so simple! Read the Word of God, commit yourself to prayer, and surround yourself with good, Biblical Christian community that will stir you up in love and good works! As we pursue Jesus and remain in His presence, everything comes into place in perfect timing.

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
