174,832 Decisions to Follow Jesus – South Asia
Just a moment ago I received the results of our first crusade in South Asia last weekend. With joy in my heart I’m happy to tell you that 174,832 people indicated a decision to follow Jesus! Hallelujah! There was a definite theme of seeing the Kingdom of Heaven defeat the kingdom of darkness. Dozens of demoniacs were set free one by one. WATCH the video and you’ll see just a few of those stories.
I want to personally THANK YOU for sending us to South Asia. Your giving and prayer support made all of this possible! And I also confess that we are still short of fully funding this crusade weekend. I’m excited to give updates about the second crusade also in the next few days. But let’s GIVE JESUS PRAISE for all HE has done in South Asia.
I remember a moment years ago when I was a child. I witnessed my dad undertake a massive outreach opportunity to try to show the message of Jesus in our city. He reserved the community outreach center at Christmas. They promised a toy to every kid in the city who showed up to the Christmas program. In this small, impoverished community they broke fire code with people standing at the back and waiting outside. It was clear they hadn’t prepared enough presents to meet the promise of a toy to every kid. They were embarrassed and overwhelmed because so many had sacrificed to get the hundreds of presents ready in preparation for the outreach and yet the turnout was beyond expectations. My parents said to just give out the presents until they ran out because it’s all they could do. That night, as the presents were being given out, they just kept going out. The pile never got smaller. They were more than 150-200 presents short of being able to meet the number of kids that showed up, and yet the pile of presents never ran short! It was a true miracle of the Gospel in action and a feeding of the 5000-type moment with the fish and the loaves. I am believing for such a miracle right now. Please pray with me so these hundreds of thousands of former Muslims can effectively launch their journey in Christ! Praise God!
